Client Care

Our Client Care Volunteers call their list of clients bi-weekly to provide updates on our services, check-in with them to see if they have other emergency needs, and share information regarding time-sensitive services available in the community i.e., drive-thru food distributions, book bag giveaways, etc.)

These contacts with our clients allow us to stay on top of any important changes in their situations. For example, we learn if they need additional services, or if they are interested in finding employment, as examples.


With this knowledge, we are in a better position to help their quality of life.
