Our commitment
Beyond the Sanctuary (BTS) needs to gather some personal information on clients in order to execute our various programs. Some of this information is required to comply with Federal, state or local grant requirements.
BTS will NEVER share personal information with any agency or organization.
Any program summary will never mention individuals or their details.
Safety and Security
BTS will securely lock away any paper records with client information.
Similarly, any electronic records will only be stored on password protected and/or encrypted hard drives, never on any mobile device
