Our second annual Summer Camp is approaching soon! Starting July 9, 2023, the camp runs for four weeks, with two days of activities each week. The program is aimed at youth ages 8-16, and seeks to build valuable life skills while keeping things fun and lively!
Activities include dances, hands-on experience with gardening and animal care, and creating their own portraits of other group members using their own cameras! There are also plenty of excursions to some of Rochester’s most vibrant and stimulating institutions, such as GeVa Theatre, the Memorial Art Gallery, and local art galleries owned and operated by local African American artists.
Our camp focuses on helping kids build lasting relationships with one another in their communities, but also helps them discover their own passions while building skills that will help them lead long and successful business careers.
