Programs & Services
Food Pantry
Every Wednesday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, we serve 200 households in the city of Rochester and Monroe County.
Due to the pandemic, we prepare food bags/boxes and deliver to those who are elderly, disabled or are otherwise unable to pick them up.


Clothes Closet
We provide clothes for women, men, and children.
During the winter we conduct an annual winter clothing drive, including coats, boots and gloves.

Rental Assistance
For individuals who are at risk of eviction, homelessness or who need money for a security deposit can find help with us through our Rental Assistance Program.



Emergency Services
We provide assistance for the times in life when you experience unexpected severe hardships.

Job Readiness Success Program
(JRSP)
We understand that earning a living wage is essential to a productive life.
We offer programs designed to prepare individuals for sustained success in the workforce.


Food Delivery Services
Our team of volunteer drivers delivers food bags and boxes to some of our most vulnerable clients.
Those who are elderly, disable or lack transportation generally are the most in need.
Client Care
Our Client Care Team regularly contacts our clients to provide support and up-to-date information about our services and current information about other services that are available in the community.


Drive to Success
This program is for individuals who do not have a driver’s license.
. Drive To Success candidates will receive mentoring and coaching from BTS volunteers throughout the program.
